Camp Sticky, a large campground on The Hole-in-the-Rock Foundation’s ten-acre property, located 1.5 miles west of the Bluff Fort is available for youth conferences and family reunions.
The campground includes graveled tent areas, large pavilions, tables and benches, water, electricity via a generator, vault restrooms, solar water-heated showers, volleyball, nine-square, games, and an obstacle course.
Nearby activities include tours of the Bluff Fort, a touching tour of the pioneer cemetery, a handcart trek where youth are challenged to scout out the best route to cross rugged sandstone terrain, and a four-by-four excursion to San Juan Hill followed by an unforgettable hike in the footsteps of the pioneers up the steep incline of one of the pioneers’ most challenging obstacles.
Season: Due to high temperatures in the summer, youth conferences are usually limited to the first three weeks in June or during a school fall break.
